It’s pretty clear that the winner in Iowa caucuses was not Romney or Santorum, but rather Citizens United and its debut on the presidential election stage.  A ruling which had — by numbers alone — the biggest impact on the Iowa race.  In fact, more money was spent on Iowa Super PAC ads than by any individual candidate.  Joining us to talk about it is Paul Blumenthal of The Huffington Post, who is running Fundrace 2012, a HuffPo website that helps track campaign donations and money in politics.  Check it out at
